Standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of your order, and shipping is typically 2 to 3 days for most orders (up to 5 days for West Coast addresses). Shipping charges are $7.95 for smaller items and $10.95 for most decor. Lamps require a larger box and can be quite heavy; the shipping charge for lamps is $21.95 each. 

We primarily utilize USPS Priority Mail, with UPS Ground for larger items. Expedited shipping is normally cost-prohibitive due to the weight of most of our items. If your need is urgent, please contact us so that we can provide a quote. Furniture items and larger home décor items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Large furniture items may require LTL/truck delivery.

Returns for non-damaged merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and you must receive a return authorization code by submitting your information below. You can then mail or ship your return back to us at the address provided on your return authorization. We will refund only the price of the item purchased, excluding any shipping or handling charges, unless a defective product was sent to you in error. Any merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We may waive this charge if alternative merchandise is purchased.
